life beyond my vestibular something: the dizzying sidewalk

A few months ago I was in California and this sidewalk took me for a ride down memory lane. It gave me a glimpse of how I used to see feel the world in the throes of my vestibular condition and all the crazy symptoms.

It also reminded me of how much healing I’ve done.
Retraining my brain through neuroplasticity.
Fueling health through lifestyle medicine.
Combating inflammation.
Addressing root cause issues with Morphogenic Field Technique.
Finding life beyond the vestibular stuff and helping others do the same.

But damn, that wavy sidewalk, was a reminder and it made my nervous system jump.

In that moment I had a flashback of the vestibular storm and then I propelled myself forward into this present moment.

I figured only fellow Vestibular Warriors could understand the absurdity of rambling on about a dizzying sidewalk.

But my point is that your vestibular something is a chapter and the road may be dizzying and disorienting, but I promise you there is life and beauty beyond the trail.
